We are a cycling studio focused on one thing and one thing only, indoor cycling for the endurance athlete. Come and experience one of the most sweat breaking, muscle stimulating, calorie blasting, heart pounding, intense cardio workouts you will encounter. But don’t fret, cycling doesn’t involve complicated chorographic moves. You just jump on and ride; we do the rest….

Choose between multiple options for training:

  • 8 CompuTrainers
  • 4 CycleOps 300 Pro
  • 4 CycleOps 100 Pro
  • Or bring your own wind trainer and bike

Training types include:

  • 2+ daily spin classes led by certified instructors in HR, RPE, and Power Training.
  • Private group classes
  • 1 on 1 high intensity elite sessions
  • Power and metabolic testing

Shop Ride

We will have a weekly shop ride on Saturday.  Here are the details: 8am – Wheels down and rolling.  Arrive 15-30 minutes early to pump tires and get any information about the groups or routes.
